Neurovascular Nightmare Exterminator

The following process is rooted in kineasilogy and utilizes 3 sets of key neurovascular holding points in order to rapidly bring down stress levels from an abreaction, restim, phobic reaction, panic attack, or "bad trip". This neurovasculaor hold is good to know if you are inner voyaging or doing self-clearing and accidently run across an unknown and severe trauma. This particular head hold will completely block out the fight/flight area of the brain and create ease and calm for the person utilizing it.

THE NEUROVASCULAR NIGHTMARE EXTERMINATOR

(1)The Neurovascular Nightmare Exterminator consists of the following holding points:

(a) Place your thumb and little finger tips at just about a half inch below your hairline. They should be in line with the center of your eyes. Gently stretch the skin on your forhead in opposing directions (maybe about a 16th of an inch stretch at most).

(b) While the thumb and little finger gently stretch the forehead skin in opposing directions toward the side of the head, take your ring finger and the finger beside your thumb and bring them to the center of the top of your head. Line these two fingers up with the center of your eyes. They will now gently pull the scalp in opposing directions toward the side of your head (They will stretch the scalp no more than a 16th of an inch). Your middle index finger can be used as a rest.

(c) Now take your other hand and lay it's palm and fingers across the occipital ridge on the lower rear of your head. Your finger tips should be pointing toward your ears. Allow the heal of your palm and the middle of your fingers to gently stretch your scalp in opposing directions. (The stretch should be no more than a 16th of an inch).

(2)Breathe slowly from your belly and keep breathing.

(3) Pay full attention to your feelings and make no attempt to get rid of them or keep them. Fully feel them and welcome them no matter how difficult that may seem at first. Just keep breathing slowly and holding and paying full attention to your feelings.

(4) If you have any thoughts about not being able to stand your feelings or they are overwhelming you or you are going to lose control or go crazy, then allow those thoughts to be there and fully feel them without trying to get rid of them or keep them. Just continue your full attention on your feelings, your gentle neurovascular hold, and your slow breathing and in a short time you will begin to notice the heavy charge is rapidly leaving your feeling state.

(5) Have someone give you a drink of water as hydration tends to help in these situations.

(6) Allow your body to gradually assume a relaxed state. Just allow yourself to feel everything and breathe slowly. This is just like coming out of a nightmare.
